Mind only your action

Stay focused on your actions. Although this is quite difficult, it is a must if you want to win that child custody battle. You do not have to worry or even think about what your ex actions are because those are his/her. You can’t change them no matter how much you want to. Your actions are the only things you can control, so stay concentrated on them.

Be tactful

Sometimes, your ex spouse would do things on purpose to annoy you. The best thing to do is just relax, don’t react, just ignore them. If your ex does things like picking up the kids late and dropping them off in the morning, again, just relax. Don’t start throwing spears, instead, tell your ex that you’re listing all of these in a record book to be presented to the judge.

This record might be helpful somehow in your child custody battle. Also, when you are with the kids, gather information about your ex, they may know what he up. You may never know what they know. Just spend enough time with them, enjoy your time together.

Be Prepared

Prepare the custody arrangement of your kids. To impress the judge as well as the entire court, be flexible about the time your ex hubby can see your kids. They will see you as fair and acting obviously for the best interest of the children. Also, think about provisions and include them in the arrangement. Provisions are rules that your former spouse will abide to. These are important for your agreement.

These are usually the things you would not want your ex to do to your child without your knowledge and consent. With all the documents and plans presented to the judge, you will likely to be listened to and your terms are likely to be accepted. This preparation is very critical to winning the child custody battle against your ex.

Do not crumble

Do not bad mouth your ex in front of the kids, even though you are being bombarded by the other. Let your children hug and kiss your ex if they want to. Always remember what you are battling for.

It can be relieving for both divorced parent to know that the battle is almost over, although each one knows one of them will cry in the aftermath. Just stay focused on your action, use tactics and be prepared and most of all, do not crumble. After that, the child custody battle will end with your victory.
